Delivery Policy

We value your time and aspire to provide fast, satisfactory service. Therefore, we aim to post orders as soon as we can.

All orders are shipped on the same* or next business day after the payment is received. If Bank Holiday or any other Public Holiday is due, shipping will take place on the next working day. The order is marked as shipped and the tracking number is provided on the day of shipment.

Please, allow up to five business days (depends on service chosen) for UK delivery (up to 3 weeks for international delivery) since we mark the item as shipped. If no order is received after five days, please do not panic as delay may be out of our control (missed delivery attempt, loss or damage in transit). Please, contact us and we will get it sorted.

Our items are shipped using different shipping prices and options. It will be shown at the checkout so you can choose what shipping service to use. If you would like your order to be shipped via other service or carrier that is not on the list, please, contact us prior to or as soon as you make your purchase.

We are responsible for sending the package under signature and providing the track number. It is then up to buyer to track the package and contact the delivery service in their country in case there is a problem with delivery. We cannot be responsible for the work of delivery carriers.

By purchasing our product and completing transaction, you hereby accept our terms and conditions and agree to our policies.

We accept orders for delivery to the majority of countries. Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be made from our warehouse to the address provided by you. For orders fulfilled by Beautifox we will endeavour to despatch the product to you within one working day of you placing your order and in any event within 7 working days beginning on the day after you place your order.

If we are unable to despatch the product within that time we will email to let you know and to give you an estimated delivery date. In these circumstances we will offer you the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail via 1st or 2nd class service (depending on your choice).

International orders are shipped via Standard International Mail service.

All orders are dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm GMT.

For customers outside the European Union: please note that our delivery/shipping fees do not include customs fees or taxes. You may be charged customs duties or taxes depending on your local legislation. Such duties or taxes are to be paid by customer and are not included in our prices.

If for any reason you do not receive your delivery, please note that we will only consider claims for lost items sent:

30 days after the latest due date for UK orders
45 days after the latest due date for EU orders
60 days after the latest due date for International orders

Additionally, we will not accept liability for lost orders if you select for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
